I loved everything about this hotel, they thought of everything, the foyer was luxurious, the staff so respectful, responsive and friendly. The bed was perfect, not like other hotels I stayed at which had hard beds. I liked that they provided fresh towels etc in a bag hung on your door, I didn't have to lock all my personals away each day. There is a microwave to heat.up your takeaway food and they have large combo wash/dryer for your laundry. To top it off, all that for under $100/night. Well done APA. 👍😍

I liked the fact that I could borrow iron until check-out. Having a coin laundry was also nice but we could not use it as it was used by others. Overall, the quality of the service met my expectations. I liked the storage space under the bed and between the bed and tv. The room was a bit more spacious than I imagined which was a plus. I also liked that I could open the curtains and see the street outside in the morning

Bed was comfortable and the tv was large, flat screen and had English language options. Temp control was great. Coffee shop across the street was convenient. Close to Shinkansen train station, nice bars nearby, and restaurants.

Great location, super close to the station & shops in central Shizuoka. The staff were very kind and let us leave our luggage before we checked in. Room is small as expected but is super cozy and has what you need! Would recommend - especially as the location is perfect.
